KickStart Dental Marketing is at the forefront of marketing solutions specifically designed for dental practices. We’re seeking a proactive and personable Field Outreach Specialist to be the face of our company in dental practices.

Position Summary:

As a Field Outreach Specialist, you will physically visit dental practices, introducing yourself and our cutting-edge marketing services. Your main responsibility will be to create connections, leave marketing materials, gather information about the practices, and enter all relevant contact details into our CRM system for our sales team to follow up.

Key Responsibilities:

On-Site Visits: Physically visit dental practices within the target area to introduce KickStart Dental Marketing and our services.
Relationship Building: Engage with dental office staff and decision-makers, building rapport and understanding their needs.
Material Distribution: Leave professionally designed marketing materials that resonate with the specific needs of the dental practices.
Information Gathering: Collect key information about the dental practices, including contact details and specific needs or interests.
Data Entry: Enter all collected information into our CRM system accurately and promptly for sales team follow-up.
Collaborate with Sales: Work in tandem with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from initial contact to sales engagement.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in field sales, marketing, or related roles (experience within the dental industry is a plus).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently on the road.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Familiarity with CRM tools.
