Join our dental marketing agency as a Web Content Specialist. As a full-service digital marketing agency, websites play a pivotal role in our offerings. In this position, you will be at the forefront of our website creation process by integrating and optimizing content within our pre-designed WordPress themes. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that each website aligns with our clients’ branding and aesthetic preferences, making it both functional and visually appealing. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency in WordPress, a keen eye for design, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with our team and clients. By bridging the gap between pre-designed themes and personalized content, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering top-tier websites that resonate with our clients’ target audiences and enhance their digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Theme Integration: Implement our pre-designed WordPress block themes to align with our clients’ branding and aesthetic preferences.

Content Management: Add, format, and optimize content provided by clients or our content team, ensuring a seamless fit within the chosen theme.

Layout Creation: Design and create layouts using page builders (WordPress block editor, Divi, etc.) to ensure a user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing website experience.

Image Sourcing & Integration: Identify and incorporate suitable stock photos that complement the client’s brand, enhancing the overall website experience.

Branding Implementation: Adjust global theme elements, such as colors, to align with the client’s brand guidelines and seamlessly integrate their logo.

Full Site Editing: Utilize WordPress’s FSE capabilities to ensure a cohesive and dynamic user experience across the entire website.

Quality Assurance: Guarantee that all content, images, and branding elements are consistently displayed across various devices and browsers.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our team to gather essential assets, understand client preferences, and offer valuable suggestions.


Proficient in WordPress and its block editor a must-have (aka Gutenberg).

Familiarity with WordPress’s Full Site Editing (FSE) capabilities and the site editor.

Proficient in Divi a must-have (a plus if you know Elementor and Webflow).

Strong design and aesthetic sense, ensuring content and visuals are engaging and cohesive with our themes and client branding.

Knowledge of basic HTML and CSS.

Proficiency with image editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar.

Ability to utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT when needed to work more efficiently.

Basic understanding of branding principles and their application to diverse client needs.

Strong attention to detail is a must-have!

Experience using ClickUp or other comparable project management tools.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.

Ability to follow SOPs and best practices.
