All of our clients enjoy a month-to-month agreement! We don’t believe in contracts, and that if we aren’t delivering what we promise then you, then you should be able to leave with no questions asked.

I know it seems like a little thing, but you will find that in this industry it is many times hard to get a live person on the horn. It is very important to us that we provide and exceptional customer service experience. Our guarantee is that if you call during business hours, you will ALWAYS get a live person to speak with.

We offer a money back guarantee.

If you are not happy with the work that we have done in the first 30 days, and want to cancel our services then we will pay you back 125% of your first month’s billing!

Transparency.

We are pretty unique in how much transparency we have with our clients. You will receive a report each month that will detail how many hours we worked on your account and exactly what work was completed in those hours!

Account management.

Unlike other marketing agencies, you will have a dedicated Client Success Manager, who will be your single point of contact for all of your needs. You will have his or her direct line, cell number and email address, no message will go unanswered for more that 3 business hours!

We give back.

Our management and staff are encouraged to be involved in the community and to provide support for their favorite causes. We provide our staff with an extra week off each year, so that they can be involved in their favorite charities.
