🎯 About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, resourceful, and results-driven Marketing Manager to own our content distribution and amplification strategy. You’ll work directly with our CEO to make sure the killer videos, podcast episodes, and thought-leadership pieces we create actually reach the right people — consistently, and with purpose.
Your mission? Make sure our content is seen, clicked, and converting across all relevant channels. You’ll be equal parts social media strategist, AI-savvy content editor, and scrappy media buyer.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Content Repurposing & Distribution
- Take long-form content (e.g. podcasts, video interviews, webinars) and break it into engaging short-form clips, carousels, quote graphics, and blog posts
- Schedule and post consistently across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, etc.)
- Manage editorial and posting calendar to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Paid Social & Boosting
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns (Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn/YouTube) for lead generation and retargeting
- Know how to boost the right post at the right time to get more eyeballs from our niche audience
- Website Content Management
- Upload blog content and resources to our WordPress site
- Make light edits, update CTAs, embed videos, and track performance via analytics
- AI-Powered Marketing Support
- Use tools like ChatGPT, Descript, Canva Magic Studio, and others to streamline content creation and editing
- Stay up-to-date with new tools and trends — and don’t be afraid to experiment
- Light Video Editing & Branding
- Use Descript (or similar) to create branded clips, highlight reels, and social-ready assets
- Add logos, captions, calls-to-action, and trim for punchy engagement
- CRM & Email Support (Nice to Have)
- Work within HubSpot to track contacts, assist with email blasts, and align content with marketing automation when needed
🧠You Should Have:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, content, or social media roles (agency or B2B preferred)
- Strong portfolio of past content you’ve created and distributed — we want to see your work
- Solid understanding of paid media strategy on social platforms
- Comfort with editing content in WordPress and working with HubSpot
- Light video editing chops using Descript, Canva, or similar
- Experience using AI tools to write, brainstorm, or repurpose content
- Insane attention to detail, great time management, and self-sufficiency
- Bonus points for: experience in dental, healthcare, or professional services marketing
