Job Description

We’re looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing sales team. This is a pivotal role in generating new business and setting the stage for our Business Development Managers. Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline
• Cold call, email, and use social media and direct mail to initiate conversations with potential clients
• Qualify prospects based on their needs and fit as a potential KickStart customer
• Set up qualified appointments for Business Development Managers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM
• Utilize a lead list provided to engage potential clients

Requirements

• 1-3 years of successful sales or lead generation experience
• Proficient in CRM software
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self-starter with a results-driven mentality
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
