Position Summary:
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our top prospects. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to dental practices, using our curated list of potential clients, and schedule appointments for our sales team. Your mission is to bridge the gap between our innovative marketing services and the dental practices that can truly benefit from them.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to our top prospects within the dental industry.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for our sales team, ensuring a seamless transition from prospecting to selling.
Lead Management: Keep detailed records of calls, lead interactions, and outcomes, using CRM tools.
Client Communication: Provide detailed information about KickStart’s services, tailoring your approach to each prospect’s unique needs.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead targeting strategies.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in lead generation or telesales (experience within the dental industry is a plus).
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
